I should probably change the subject line since it now seems to correctly find the 2 ATI DCT's. They  still will go offline though as soon as I try to tune a channel with them. Windows says "Tuner is not connected or is not working" I can reboot the PC and it will work for awhile but after about 1/2 hour of bing locked ...
