Hi folks,
Whenever I insert a BD/DVD into my Windows 7 desktop system, PowerDVD 7.3 pops up and starts playing the disc. I don't want this... on this system I mostly just rip discs, not watch them. Only want PowerDVD to launch when I click on the awful thing.
In the windows Autoplay control panel, I've told it to take no actions for anything remotely like a BD disc and I uncliked the box about Autoplay everything.
This only happened recently after installing an update to 7.3 recently, from a file I hoped would make the 2012 movie BD play properly (no luck!):
CyberLink.5711_TaRe43_CLT_DVD090831-03.exe
How can I stop this behavior? I've disabled the Cyberlink Media Library service and one other cyberlink thing in MSCONFIG startup without fixing the problem. So that's not it.
Any help appreciated.
Marc
