    It is a problem with the API cache. The tmdb id is 33503, I checked the API cache and it isn't available right now. Probably some corruption, happens often in the current version of themoviedb. It should pop up in a couple days, if not I'll send you my cache file of the movie. On the Yammm homepage I wrote a little test for users to check if a movie is in the cache or not using the tmdb id: http://mikinho.com/yammm/?tmdb=33503. I cleared out all my movie metadata and 19 of my 1891 movies no longer have metadata that previous did. Give it a day or two and Travis will fix it or it will fix itself.

    I had a similar issue with Two-Lane Blacktop and Casino Royale. YAMMM kept identifying the 2006 remake with the 1967 original. Every time I corrected it, the app would rename it as the original. I was told it was the API but I figured the app just needed to be pointed in the right direction. So I renamed the folder myself to "Casino Royale (2006)" and after a period of time YAMMM was able to identify it and rename the folder "Casino Royale (2006) - James Bond 007". Two-Lane Blacktop required an entry on themoviedb.org website. Thirty hours or so after that, YAMMM renamed the folder to "Two-Lane Blacktop (1971)".

    At least to me, the application needs some coaxing in order to ID a movie. Try adding the year to the movie's folder name. Try changing the spelling of the movie, or rename the it to match the title as seen on themoviedb.org website. Then let it sit for a good while to let YAMMM figure it out. If it doesn't try another way. I've never seen it NOT identify a movie.

    I even added Adrenaline Drive onto the website and the next day my folder was properly renamed and even included the Japanese title I added to the entry on the site!

    ENJOY!©

    i just checked and Crazy Legs Conti- Zen and the Art of Competitive Eating (2004) was eventually added the API index and Yammm picked it up. Did it work on your system? Any other problems?

    Hey - yeah Crazy Legs started working but I still have a number of movies that your system says is up and working but still haven't done anything on my end and are not creating any errors in the event log. They are as follows: Changeling (2008) Once (2006) The Man Who Wasn't There (2001) and one that is confused... It should be: The Lover (2006) but keeps getting changed to: The Lover - with no date - when I check themoviedb.org - it appears to be an incomplete duplicate entry which I guess needs to be deleted but not sure how to do that? Not sure why these are still not creating right - any suggestions would be great!

     Hi,

     I am using Yamm and it correctly renames my files / directories and downloads the cover art ok. It does not seem to put all of the information available on themoviedb.org into the .dvdid.xml file. An example of one of my files is below.

     <?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?>
    <Disc>
      <Name>Back to the Future</Name>
      <ID>YAMMM000|00000069</ID>
    </Disc>

    Does anyone know what I can do to get this to retrieve all of the information about the movie?

    Thanks in advance.

    That is the proper xml file, it is a reference file telling Media Center where to get the rest of the information. Check %AppData%\Microsoft\eHome\DvdInfoCache\YAMMM000-00000069.xml for the rest of the information. If it is not present or is empty then you have a setting wrong in Yammm or another error. Under the metadata tab make sure you have at least 1 user account selected for metadata.

     Sorry, you are right. I have recently switched to using my xbox as an extender and forgotten to add the user account for the xbox in.

    Thanks for your extremely quick reply and thanks for an excellent app. Appreciate all your work.

    Glad it was an easy fix. Having it default to not auto-add extender accounts was a dumb choice on my part =)

    We have banned the user who was impersonating Mikinho. At Mike''s request, I'm locking this thread. He plans to start a new one when the new version of his app is ready.

    Folks, be sure to drop me a PM when a troll appears and blatant flaming occurs.

    Thanks, everyone.

    Pete
